Paste the video link.
Let the lesson build itself.
Add a YouTube link and StudyScriptor temporarily retrieves its audio, transcribes the spoken language—even when captions are missing or the speakers switch languages—and turns the transcript into a complete worksheet.

Automatic does not mean unchecked.
Private, restricted, live, unsupported, and oversized sources cannot be fetched automatically. Audio is processed temporarily and is not re-hosted. Users remain responsible for permission, lawful use, attribution, and review of the transcript.
Before you begin
Does the video need captions?
No. On paid plans, StudyScriptor transcribes the audio itself. Existing captions may still be pasted to skip transcription.
Which links work automatically?
Ordinary public YouTube videos and direct public MP3, MP4, M4A, MPEG, WAV, or WebM links up to 25 MB are supported. Other platform pages can use pasted captions or file upload.
What does the Chrome companion send?
It sends the current YouTube title and URL into the correct StudyScriptor tab. From there, one click can transcribe the video and build the worksheet.
